How long does it take to see results?

This depends on the service. Influencer campaigns can begin generating results within days of launch. Branding and website projects have defined timelines that we agree with you upfront.

Can I use multiple services at once?

Artwork and Design

When will I receive my cover artwork?

Premade cover artworks are delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase. Custom artwork and design projects have timelines agreed at the time of order.

What file formats will I receive?

All artwork is delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for streaming platforms, social media, and print. Standard delivery includes JPG and PNG. Additional formats such as PSD or AI source files may be available on request.

Can I request changes to my artwork?

Yes. Custom artwork orders include a set number of revision rounds. Full details are outlined at the point of purchase. Premade artwork is sold as-is, but we can discuss customization options on request.

What dimensions are your artworks supplied in?

All cover artworks are supplied at a minimum of 3000 x 3000px at 300dpi, which meets the requirements for all major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal.

Do you design logos for music artists?

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We offer full redesigns and also partial improvements such as new pages, updated branding, or speed and SEO optimization. Share your current site with us and we will let you know what we recommend.

Will my website work on mobile devices?

Can I update the website myself after it is built?

Which platforms do your influencers post on?

Our influencer network covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Most campaigns are run across multiple platforms for maximum reach.

How long does an influencer campaign take?

Once your campaign is briefed and approved, influencer outreach typically begins within 3 to 5 business days. Full campaign delivery timelines depend on the package and are agreed upfront.

Can I approve the influencers before they post?

Yes. We share a list of matched influencers for your approval before any content goes live. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm the selection before the campaign begins.

How do I measure the results of my campaign?

We provide a post-campaign report covering reach, impressions, engagement, and content links. You can also monitor stream and follower growth directly in your Spotify for Artists and social media dashboards.

What is social media account recovery?

Our account recovery service helps artists regain access to locked, hacked, or disabled social media accounts. We manage the appeals process with the platform on your behalf to get your account restored as quickly as possible.

Which platforms do you handle account recovery for?

We handle account recovery for Instagram and Facebook. If you have been locked out of your account or had it disabled, contact us and we will advise on next steps.

What is a username claim and how does it work?

A username claim is the process of requesting or securing a specific handle on a social media platform – for example, securing @YourArtistName on Instagram. We manage the request and communication with the platform on your behalf.

What is social media verification and how do I get verified?

Social media verification – the blue tick – confirms your account is the authentic presence of a public figure or brand. We handle the verification application process for Instagram and Facebook. Eligibility is determined by the platform. Learn more here.

Is verification guaranteed?

Verification eligibility is determined entirely by the platform based on their criteria. We cannot guarantee approval, but we ensure your application is submitted correctly and gives you the best possible chance of success.

How long does verification or account recovery take?

Timelines vary depending on the platform and the nature of the request. We will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know what to expect after you place an order.

Spotify and Playlists

How do I submit music to your Spotify playlists?

You can submit your music using the submission form on our Discovery Playlists page. Fill in your details and we will review your track for placement.

What genres do your playlists cover?

Our playlists span a wide range of genres. When submitting, you will be asked to provide your genre so we can match your track to the most relevant playlist in our network.

How long will my track stay on the playlist?

Placement duration varies depending on the playlist and campaign. Standard placements typically run for 30 days. Campaign-specific placements may have different terms which are outlined at the time of booking.

Is playlist placement guaranteed?

Playlist submission does not guarantee placement. All tracks are reviewed by our team and placed based on quality, fit, and availability. We only accept music we believe is a strong match for our audience.

Can I submit multiple tracks?

Yes, you can submit multiple tracks – each requires a separate submission. We recommend focusing on your strongest or most recently released track for the best chance of placement.

Will playlist placement increase my Spotify streams?

Playlist placements expose your music to real listeners which typically leads to an increase in streams, saves, and follower growth. Results vary depending on playlist size, genre fit, and the quality of the track.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely and you will receive a confirmation email after purchase.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which use industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the service. Digital products and services that have already been delivered are generally non-refundable. For queries about a specific order, please contact us.

I placed an order but have not received a confirmation email.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order details and we will look into it for you.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
