Our Services
Discovery Music Group provides music marketing, promotion, and branding services for independent artists, signed musicians, bands, and music brands. Our services include but are not limited to: influencer marketing campaigns, social media verification, social media account recovery, username claims, Spotify playlist pitching, artwork design, logo design, press kit design, website development, and music PR.
The availability of services may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without notice.
Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy varies by service type:
Influencer Marketing: No refund is available once an influencer has posted content on your behalf. If work has not yet commenced, cancellations may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Social Media Verification (Instagram and Facebook): A refund is available only if your verification application is submitted and formally denied by the platform. No refund is available if you cancel after submission or if you are found to be ineligible prior to submission.
Spotify Playlist Pitching: A refund is available only if the minimum guaranteed playlist follower count has not been met within 4 weeks of purchase.
Premade Artwork: As premade artwork is a digital product delivered upon purchase, refunds are not available once the artwork has been delivered to your email.
Custom Artwork, Logo Design, and Press Kit Design: Refunds are not available once a project has been completed and delivered. Revision rounds are available as outlined at the time of purchase.
Website Development: Due to the bespoke nature of website projects, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Cancellation prior to work commencing may be considered. Please contact us immediately.
Social Media Account Recovery and Username Claims: Refunds are not available once work has commenced, as these services involve active outreach and communication with third-party platforms on your behalf.
If you have a query about a specific order or wish to discuss a cancellation, please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible.
Delivery of Services and Products
Digital products such as premade artwork are delivered to your email address within 48 hours of purchase. Service timelines for bespoke work are agreed at the point of order. We aim to meet all agreed timelines but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including platform decisions, third-party actions, or force majeure events.
Your Responsibilities
By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use all music, content, and materials you submit to us
- The content you provide does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- You will not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
- All information you provide is accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any service if we believe these conditions are not being met.
Intellectual Property

Custom work we create for you (such as logos, artwork, or website designs) remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to you as agreed in your order.

Some of our services involve working with third-party platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and others. These platforms operate under their own terms of service and make final decisions regarding verification, account recovery, playlist placements, and other outcomes. Discovery Music Group cannot guarantee specific results from third-party platforms and is not responsible for any decisions made by those platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discovery Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this Website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order or service.
